Prior to a return shipment, authorization from Lotus must be obtained. We will issue your refund when we receive and inspect your return. All returned materials must be in sealed cartons and in RESELLABLE condition for Lotus to issue a refund.

Terms

Return Policy: 25% Restocking Fee applies to all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. I agree to return the items in the original packaging and is in RESELLABLE condition.
